Chapter 1-less than legendaryA broken light woke Trace from his sleep. The gleam of the mid-morning sun was shining through the cracks in the plank roof. He stretched where he was, pushing the mat of straw outward, then shifted to avoid the light, and dozed off again.
"-ke up... Trace... Wake up!"
Trace jolted up barely missing the beam above his 'bed'. "Calm down, Ces, I was getting up..."
Trace's siter, Cesolara, crossed her arms and sighed. "Well, you allready missed breakfast, so you can just go hungry till' lunch." At that, she turned and walked out of the shed.
